Hongkong 2015: Booked days before flying

9:45 AM

Another #throwback travel post. Last year we went to Hongkong, eto super minadali na, cause we booked the hotel and plane 5 days before the travel date. Can you just imagine how much money we could've save if we booked months before haha but again just like any other trip, it was really fun and memorable.

Arrived at the hotel and ate lunch from a restaurant just two minutes from the hotel. We were so full we took very very long nap, lol.

That afternoon we went to Victoria Peak. We really enjoyed Madam Tussauds wax museum! Not to mention the breathtaking view of Hongkong at the observatory deck.

In all fairness to my dad, gumagaling kumuha ng photo haha

The next day we went on an arranged half day city tour. Some of the attractions we visited were Avenue of Stars, a chocolate and jewelry factory, there was even a boat ride. We then went to a store where we could buy pasalubong. Very turista!

My favorite #ootd from the trip. (Photo taken back at the hotel)

The highlight of the trip (and of my young adulthood) is Disneyland!!! I couldn't stress how much I love Disney in general!!! I even cried during the parade and the fireworks display while singing along to some of the most iconic disney songs! hahaha #disneylandvirginnomore

Photo-op with the most famous mouse in the world!

Too bad Sleeping Beauty's castle was under renovation when we went there :( but still had a very emotional (hahaha iyaken talaga) moment during the fireworks display.

Forgot to mention that our hotel booking also included an all you can eat breakfast buffet, so we weren't all that hungry during the day.

Explored the nearby mall and streets around our hotel before heading to the airport.

There are lots of things I didn't get the chance to do in Hongkong (Got to Oceanpark, Ngong Ping and Macau) but the high that I experienced in Disneyland was more than enough for me to say that this was another trip I wouldn't forget! I'll be back for sure.

That is all.
